We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee for all first-time paid subscribers. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment, contact us and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email billing@stackmap.co with your account email and the subject line "Refund Request". We will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

After 30 Days

Refund requests after 30 days are reviewed case by case. We will always try to resolve issues with the service before issuing a refund. Recurring subscription charges after the first month are non-refundable.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period unless within the 30-day window.
