7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full 7-day money-back guarantee for all first-time paid subscribers. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@stackmap.co with your account email and the subject line "Refund Request". We will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
After 7 Days
Refund requests after 7 days are reviewed case by case. We will always try to resolve issues with the service before issuing a refund. Recurring subscription charges after the first month are non-refundable.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period unless within the 7-day window.
