1. Acceptance of Terms
By using StackMap you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users including free and paid subscribers.
2. The Service
StackMap provides automated website analysis, product launch monitoring, and growth network tools for digital products and SaaS businesses. Features vary by subscription tier.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Pro costs $49/month and Enterprise costs $199/month, billed monthly. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
5. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid subscribers. Refund requests after 30 days are assessed on a case-by-case basis. See our Refund Policy for full details.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: reverse engineer or scrape StackMap, use the service for illegal purposes, attempt to gain unauthorised access, send spam via our platform, or resell the service without permission.
7. Intellectual Property
All StackMap content, software, and branding is owned by StackMap. You retain ownership of data you provide. You grant us a licence to process your data to deliver the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
StackMap is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
